Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Hygiene Restriction

To ensure pet safety and prevent cross-contamination:

– Opened/used products cannot be returned.     please double-check size/color before purchase.

– Unopened items: Eligible for return within 3 days, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.

 

2. Quality Issue Resolution

– If there are quality issues (e.g., damaged products, wrong items shipped), please
✓ Provide unboxing video & photos clearly showing the issue
✓ Contact support within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping costs for quality-related issues will be covered by the seller.

 

3. Customized Products

Due to their unique nature:

Non-returnable after design confirmation.     Before shipping, the seller will confirm the design with the buyer.

– No returns/exchanges are allowed unless there are quality issues (e.g., damage, wrong items). If such issues occur, please provide unboxing proof(video/photo), and the seller will either compensate or reship.

          » Reshipping fees will be covered by the seller.

 

4. Processing Timeline

– Returns/exchanges cannot be requested before delivery. Claims filed before delivery will be denied

– After receiving the product, if you need a return/exchange, follow the above policies for after-sales service.


5.For returns/exchanges, customers must return the complete original shipment including:

– Main product(s)
– Free gifts/promotional items
– Thank-you cards/documentation
– Original packaging (inner/outer)
– All accessories/components
